Art of creation Homestead is dedicated to living out The Artist’s beautiful design and purpose. Our names are Jason & Angela. Married in 2003 and began our food growing journey on the patio of our little apartment around 2005. We’ve been growing food together for over 15 years in a variety of methods from container gardening to in ground gardening and raised beds at our 1/2 home property now. We still use all the methods we have learned over the years to grow as much food as possible in a basic suburban setting. We bought our first chickens in 2015, they became our children, and have added more every couple of years since. We bring a simple faith based approach to our pursuit of food independence, believing that God desires people to grow food, love others, and live a simple life as much as possible. This is our life
